If you are a level 3 Personal Trainer, Sports Coach, or have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, Sports Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy, or a related field, our level 4 Certificate in Strength and Conditioning is perfect for you.

We can also put you through your Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing and Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.

Note: The Level 2 is the entry point into the fitness industry.

These lifelong qualifications are approved by Active IQ / CIMSPA endorsed and are globally recognized.

Strength and conditioning is the development of competitive athletes. Therefore, if you want to operate at the highest levels, you need to be a fully qualified coach. This course will give you the tools you need to excel within the health, fitness, and sporting industries.

WHERE IS OUR academy LOCATED?

Although you can take an online study approach, for those that are looking to utilize our unique Strength and Conditioning Facility, it is ideally situated just a 10-minute walk from Macclesfield train station.

The gym (5S Fitness) sits between the Co-Op and Johnstones Paint.

If you are driving, there is plenty of roadside parking on Fence Avenue, running beside Victoria Park.
